ArashiDNS Public Services Privacy Policy

ArashiDNS Public is a service of Mili.ONE Network and is subject to the Privacy Policy. And we promise you that

  1. ArashiDNS Public uses TLS for all DNS over HTTPS traffic and uses TLS digital certificates signed by a trusted root certificate authority.
  2. All data generated directly by you will be removed from our servers within 24 hours.
  3. We will never sell, license, sublicense or share Internet access data generated directly by our users to any person or entity.
  4. We keep statistics on overall or national and regional ASNs and ISPs, but all these records and counters are global counters and are only used to measure the overall situation.
  5. We ensure that global counters and records cannot be used to identify and track a single user.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance.
If you have any questions about our privacy policy, please contact us as soon as possible.

Collection and Use

We collect your IP address, the type and version of your browser or client software (user agent), your request and response status codes, and HTTP request headers. They will be removed from our servers within 24 hours. They will only be anonymously analyzed for troubleshooting, performance improvement, and attack prevention purposes. We use DNS query name minimization to minimize the amount of data sent from DNS resolvers to authoritative name servers to ensure and improve privacy and security. Our DNS over HTTPS service is compliant with RFC 7816.

Sharing

We enable EDNS Client Subnet by default to improve accuracy and user experience. It will use your IP address to estimate geographic information to identify servers close to you with low latency, and for it to work properly, we will send a portion of your IP address (default /24) to authoritative and recursive name servers upstream. If you wish to disable it you can set edns_client_subnet to 0.0.0.0. We believe that /24 is not sufficient to track and distinguish a user, although it is sufficient to determine your obscure geographic location.

We reserve the right to share your IP address with third parties for reasons of preventing damage to the service as well as other users and the public interest, and to prevent attacks and abuse. We may report your IP address to AbuseIPDB and similar service providers when the following (or similar) actions occur.

Also, if you violate any of these restrictions, we reserve the right to disable your access to the Services and take steps to protect the Services.

We cannot share information that is not stored or has been deleted.

Cookies

Our Service does not rely on Cookies, so we do not use them.

Changes and Modifications

Our privacy policy may change from time to time. If changes are made, we will post a notice on our website.

Termination of Service

You may choose to terminate your use of our services and write to us to request the deletion of your data. Please note that because most data is anonymous, we may not be able to find all the data associated with you and we will do our best to do so. However, you do not have to worry, as all your data will be automatically deleted 24 hours after you have completely stopped using the service.
